BACK-UP ELECTRICAL GENERATOR SYSTEM – If your house has a back-up generator system we will run and service the system every two months so that it is ready for use when needed. If your home needs a back up power supply system, please let us know so we can design a unit that fits your needs.
EARTHQUAKE / EMERGENCY SUPPLIES – We can provide and maintain earthquake and emergency supplies for your family, so that in the event of a disaster you would have the basic necessities needed for survival.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM YEARLY CHECK – We check the entire electrical system once a year to be certain everything is safe and working correctly.
EMERGENCY SHUT OFF REVIEW - We check all of the main shut off locations for gas, electrical, water, and communications to ensure they work correctly. Sample checklist items: Is the shut off valve obstructed? Is there any damage that needs repair? Paint needed? Wrenches and book in proper location?
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS – We install fire extinguishers strategically in your home and service them yearly as required.
FIREPLACE / CHIMNEY CLEANING / SAFETY INSPECTION - We check that all fireplaces and chimneys are cleaned and working properly.
GROUND FAULT CIRCUIT RECEPTACLE TESTING – We test all GFCI electrical receptacles in your home twice a year to make sure they are working properly to prevent injury due to faulty electrical plugs.
INTERIOR FIRE SPRINKLERS – We drain and inspect the interior fire sprinkler system once a year to be sure that the system is working correctly for your safety.
SECURITY SYSTEM MAINTENANCE – We have your security company run through your security system and test all items, including smoke detectors, to be certain that they are working properly.
SMOKE DETECTORS – We inspect all smoke detectors, replace batteries and test each one annually for your family's protection.
SAFETY AROUND THE HOME – We review and provide any of the safety items you may need for a new baby or pet to ensure they are safe in your home.
SAFETY REVIEW WITH ALL HOME RESIDENTS – We design and review with all members of your family a safety plan that includes the locations of all utility shutoffs so that everyone in your family is prepared in the event of an emergency.
